Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just not sure what direction to go? Is worry taking over and making hard to find the peace and joy you're needing? Are you going through a big life transition and not sure how to navigate that change on your own? You aren't alone! A lot of us go through these things, and the good news is you don't have to go through it alone! As your therapist I want to provide you a supportive and non-judgmental space to help you find the change you want and that you have the capacity within you to achieve.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Services Provider in the state of Tennessee and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, I have had the privilege of helping clients with a variety of areas including anxiety, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and career goals. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, and I like to meet my clients where they are. My sessions and approach tend to be non-structured. We'll explore together what you need to achieve the positive change you are looking for.
I want to offer you a safe space to achieve the positive change you want in your life. Together we can explore and challenge as you take steps toward healing and growth. I am empathetic, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental. I want to help you discover the skills and insight you need to embrace life fully. I know it takes courage to seek a more joyful and fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change, so if you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you along the way!
All sessions are done by video through my easy-to-use meeting space on Doxy.me. In our first session we'll take some time to get acquainted and talk about what brings you to counseling. We'll identify some things we can work on together, and I'll share any resources initially and along the way that will be helpful to finding the positive change you are looking for. Each session we'll check in, talk about progress and challenges, and take things at your pace along the way.
